My love of a healthy lifestyle led me to earn my certified personal trainer credentials through the American Council on Exercise (Lic # T164180). While I am qualified to train the meatiest of the muscle men (and women), I prefer to work with people like me – people who just want to run, jump and play with their families without feeling exhausted afterward. If you don’t like to exercise and prefer burgers over bean sprouts, I am here for you.
